OUR MISSION

We connect the recovery community with resources that promote sustainable, faith-based recovery. Because we know recovery starts with meeting essential needs for food, shelter, and security, we provide access to these needs alongside our recovery resources.

We believe that anyone can recover from drug and alcohol addiction one day at  a time. We have experience building a foundation in recovery through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that the Bible is God’s Holy Word and that God will use the 12 steps as a tool to help us recover from our addiction. We believe that meeting attendance in  12 Step fellowships, sponsorship, step work, and service to others help us establish a foundation in recovery as we build a relationship with Christ.

BACKGROUND

Our founder, Barry Henson is a person of long term recovery from drug and alcohol addiction that found a solution to his addiction in a relationship with Jesus Christ, participation in 12 step fellowships, and continuous and active service to those seeking recovery. In a effort to fill a need for gospel-based recovery service, Barry organizes meetings  and leads workshops for other recovery programs. In the course of this work, he realized that a consistent and daily approach was needed to be of maximum service in the lives of those that are seeking help.
